          Using Qt plugin mechanism. Montage NLVE functionnalities will be expandable. It will be possible to create plugins for transition, special effects (audio/video), filters (audio/video), etc.

          • Use a common User Interface (UI) layout

            Montage NLVE will use a common, non-esoteric, user interface. The UI will mimic the most popular NLVE. In a main window you will find those docking windows:

            - Media Explorer (clip, music, still images, effects, title, etc)
            - Monitor
            - Timeline
